Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 356-V dated 12 October 2015 “On Ratification of the Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization of 15 April 1994”. The Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the WTO sets out the terms of Kazakhstan’s accession to the WTO and incorporates by reference Kazakhstan’s commitments contained in the following documents: 1) Report of the Working Party on the Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the WTO; 2) Schedule of Concessions and Commitments of Kazakhstan on Goods; 3) Schedule of Specific Commitments of Kazakhstan on Services.
