Compliance Officer
The Company’s Compliance Officer performs their duties independently of the executive body and officers of the Company, is accountable to the Board of Directors, and ensures compliance with anti-corruption legislation and internal regulatory documents.
Key responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- monitoring the implementation of the anti-corruption policy;
- assessing and monitoring corruption risks;
- advising employees on compliance with legislation and business ethics;
- developing a corporate culture of integrity and accountability;
- ensuring transparency and fairness in decision-making procedures;
- participating in the review of reports received through the Hotline.
The activities of the Compliance Officer are aimed at creating an environment in which compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards is a priority for every employee.
