QazTrade is strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan in the fields of transit, logistics, and the promotion of national products. This was announced at the Eurasian Franchise Forum held in Baku.
Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan have already formalized their partnership through memorandums with the AzPromo and KOBIA agencies. The parties are now moving to the practical implementation of these agreements, including experience exchange, the launch of joint digital initiatives, and projects for monitoring export programs. An official visit of the Azerbaijani delegation to Kazakhstan is expected early next year.
According to Ainur Amirbekova, Managing Director of QazTrade, Kazakhstan continues to expand its export geography, focusing today on the markets of Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
“Products from Kazakhstan are steadily entering international markets. Within the framework of the ‘Export Acceleration – 2025’ program, we held negotiations with retail chains and distributors in both countries. Special attention is paid to food products — from vegetable oils and chocolate to dairy goods, traditional items like talkan and tara, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and Kazakh vodka,” she noted.
According to her, the taste, quality, and naturalness of Kazakhstani products are especially valued abroad.
“Today we are reaching a new level of digital partnership. By signing the memorandum, we will continue developing online platforms. The AzExport and QazTrade platforms already help producers find foreign partners. Now our task is to combine our potential and jointly enter third-country markets,” Amirbekova emphasized.
