At the Digital Bridge 2025 international forum, Aitmukhamed Aldazharov, CEO of the QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center under the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presented an initiative to launch a national digital platform — the “Single Window for Exporters.”
The new system will operate using artificial intelligence and Big Data. It will integrate market analytics, logistics, trade barriers, and support measures into a single space, helping companies build personalized strategies for entering foreign markets.
According to Aldazharov, the introduction of this platform will be a turning point for Kazakhstan’s entire export support system, enabling businesses to make decisions faster and more accurately.
“This is not just a service. It’s an intelligent system that will forecast demand, analyze markets, monitor trade barriers, and help companies develop personalized export strategies. We are moving from reactive to proactive management — seeing opportunities in advance and preparing businesses to seize them,” Aldazharov noted.
He added that the new tool will allow companies to receive ready-made recommendations — from certification and logistics to finding distributors.
“For example, if a producer of honey or organic oil wants to enter the South Korean market, the system will immediately show where there is demand, what standards must be met, and which promotion channels are most effective,” explained the head of QazTrade.
Aldazharov emphasized that Kazakhstan now needs to unite the efforts of all development institutions into a single system.
“Different organizations often offer similar support measures, which confuses producers. Assigning QazTrade the status of a single operator will create a true ‘one-stop shop’ for exporters — one center of expertise and less burden on the budget,” he stated.
The QazTrade CEO also noted that digital transformation goes hand in hand with the expansion of foreign economic infrastructure.
Today, Kazakhstan has QazTrade trade houses and offices operating in Chengdu, Nanjing, Ürümqi, Dubai, and Termez, while a national pavilion in Tianjin provides direct access for Kazakhstani products to the Chinese market. A QazTrade representative office in Tehran is also set to open soon.
“These platforms are not just infrastructure — they are real access points for our companies to global markets. And to make them work effectively, we are integrating them with QazTrade’s digital services,” Aldazharov stressed.
