The Regional Export Council was held in the Kyzylorda region. Representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Integration and JSC «QazTrade», as well as JSC «KazakhExport» and the deputy akim of the region Nurlan Tleshev informed about the State programs to support exporters of entrepreneurs in the region.
The heads of the relevant departments, departments and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the region are also involved in the work of the Regional Export Council.
For 9 months of this year, there was a positive dynamics of growth in the volume of non-resource exports (92.3 million US dollars) compared to the same period in 2020 (an increase of 87.2%).
The most active exporting companies in the region are: PT «Abzal and K», LLP «Abay-Daulet», LLP «Zhan-Arai», LLP «Nai-Mir», LLP «Baidala», JSC «Araltuz», LLP «RZA-Agro», LLP «SZTs Aral», IE «T. Igilikov», LLP «Company Gezhuba Shieli Cement», LLP «SPK Kyzylorda Balyk», FE «Koshekbaev».
The businessmen were informed about the work of the government on the development of import-substituting industries and ensuring the growth of exports of the manufacturing industry. «In order to stimulate the growth of non-primary exports in Kazakhstan, there are more than 20 different instruments to support exporters: from training to contract insurance. To simplify the receipt of state support by businesses, work is being carried out to transfer all services to a digital format. This means that business time and money are saved on applications for this assistance and on the provision of all the necessary documents for it. In addition, Kazakhstan is actively working to digitize cross-border trade. The transition to a paperless format for doing trade with border countries will not only significantly simplify business processes, but also reduce the costs of entrepreneurs. For entrepreneurs of our region, which has a long border with Uzbekistan, this, I am convinced, is of great importance», said Aibek Sagynayev, Director of the Project Development Department of QazTrade JSC.
The entrepreneurs of the region were presented with the possibilities of a «single window» for exporters and spoke about the measures of state support (reimbursement of part of the export costs, the Export Acceleration Program, withdrawal to international electronic platforms, service support measures).
To date, exporters of the Kyzylorda region are actively using various mechanisms of state support in the field of export – said Aibek Sagynayev.
This year, Abay Daulet LLP and Abzal and Company Full Partnership were selected for the Export Acceleration Program, these companies were provided with accounts with the Gold Supplier status on the Alibaba.com platform. At the same time, Araltuz JSC and the Abzal and Company Full Partnership are participants in trade and economic missions abroad.
In addition, representatives of KazakhExport JSC also presented measures of state support to exporters of the region.
Summing up the meeting of the Regional Export Council, Deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region Nurlan Tleshev urged business representatives of the region to actively use all the tools and mechanisms of QazTrade JSC and KazakhExport ESC JSC.
