JSC “QazTrade” is committed to ensuring that the cost reimbursement mechanism is as convenient as possible for all Kazakhstani exporters.
At present, an operational headquarters has been established, and technical optimization of the portal is underway to provide stable and user-friendly submission of applications.
A dedicated support line with the participation of QazTrade experts has been launched to provide exporters with prompt assistance at all stages of the application process. We provide consultations daily, including weekends, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
In addition, the website provides step-by-step instructions with examples on how to fill in the fields and requirements for file formats (link: https://export.gov.kz/news/detail/1958?showType=EXPORT).
