Adil Melisov was born on December 4, 1992, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

He holds degrees from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2014) and the D.A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy (2019).

Professional Experience

Adil Melisov began his career in 2016 at the Department of State Property and Privatization of Almaty, under the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

His professional career includes the following positions:
