Three companies from the Mangystau region — participants of the QazTrade Export Acceleration Program — have become winners of the regional stage of the “Best Product of Kazakhstan” competition. This became one of the key outcomes of a series of business support events held in Aktau with the participation of QazTrade.
The companies — LLP “Sudovoe Oborudovanie i Servis”, LLP “Balasagun”, and LLP “7 Colibri” — were recognized for their product quality and export potential.
“7 Colibri” produces more than 26 types of syrups and toppings for the HoReCa segment and retail trade.
“Balasagun” manufactures certified household chemicals with over 20 years of market presence.
“Sudovoe Oborudovanie i Servis” specializes in shipbuilding and marine equipment repair.
During their visit to Aktau, the QazTrade team also delivered presentations on support tools, including the Export Acceleration – 2025 Program.
The two-day visit concluded with on-site trips to production facilities. Representatives of QazTrade and the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs visited local enterprises to discuss export plans, production capacity, and the need for state support measures.
“Such field visits allow us to build direct dialogue with producers, assess their export potential on the ground, and promptly offer relevant support tools,” QazTrade representatives noted.
The companies that took part in the meetings are already export-oriented. For instance, “Sudovoe Oborudovanie i Servis” builds and services vessels, producing parts and components, while “Aktau Agro” supplies poultry products, including chicken feet, in high demand in Asian markets.
“Winning the ‘Best Industrial Product’ nomination at the regional stage of the ‘Best Product of Kazakhstan’ contest was not just an award for us, but a confirmation of the correctness of our chosen development strategy. The events in Mangystau became part of a systemic effort to promote regional producers to international markets under the Export Acceleration – 2025 Program.
