The Corporate Secretary provides organizational and informational support for the activities of the Board of Directors, ensures the implementation of decisions of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of Directors, maintains corporate documentation, advises on corporate governance matters, and participates in improving the Company’s corporate governance system.
In addition, the Corporate Secretary monitors compliance by the Company’s governing bodies and officers with procedures aimed at ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the Sole Shareholder, as well as compliance of the Company’s activities with the requirements of legislation, the Charter, and internal documents.
