JSC “Center for Trade Policy Development “QazTrade” (hereinafter – the Company) places great importance on developing and maintaining a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency, and honesty.
Whistleblowing Hotline
In order to maintain a positive business reputation and prevent violations of legislation and/or the Code of Business Ethics, the Company has a Whistleblowing Hotline. The hotline is intended to identify and respond promptly to cases of corruption, fraud, discrimination, unethical behavior, and other violations related to the Company’s operations.
Through the Hotline, you may report violations of business ethics, corruption, abuse of power, conflicts of interest, and any actions (or inactions) that may harm the reputation or interests of the Company.
We adhere to a zero-tolerance policy on corruption.
Confidentiality and, if requested, anonymity are guaranteed. All reports are subject to mandatory review.

Compliance Officer
The Compliance Officer operates independently from the executive body and officials, reports directly to the Board of Directors, and ensures compliance with anti-corruption laws and internal regulatory documents.
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption policies;
- Assessing and monitoring corruption risks;
- Advising employees on compliance with laws and the Code of Ethics;
- Promoting a corporate culture of integrity and accountability;
- Ensuring transparency and fairness in decision-making processes;
- Participating in the review of reports received through the Hotline.
The Compliance Officer’s mission is to foster an environment in which compliance with laws and ethical standards is a priority for all employees.
