On October 20, Azamat Askaruly, General Director of «QazTrade» JSC, as a speaker of the panel session of the Conference «Using trade demand in the Caspian Sea region to serve the world economy», made a report on «Increasing trade through the ports of the Caspian Sea».

At the same time, he stressed the need to create competitive tariff conditions, develop mutual logistics services, simplify export procedures, which can give a strong impetus to the diversification and expansion of the commodity nomenclature of trade.

In addition, according to Azamat Askaruly, the planned construction of 24 wholesale distribution centers will be integrated with the ports of Aktau and Kuryk, which are the only sea gates of Kazakhstan, into a single commodity distribution system, participating in the distribution of export-import flows with the Caspian countries, Turkey and Europe.

He also informed about various measures of support provided by «QazTrade» to manufacturers to increase the export potential of processed products, in particular within the framework of the export acceleration program, which provides for the support of the enterprise from the idea to the delivery of products to new markets. At the same time, the Caspian region and Turkey are among the promising areas of development of this program for 2022 year, the speaker noted.
