Zhenis Alibekovich Oserbay
Graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after. T. Ryskulova, Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Federation. He has a PhD in economics, a project manager, and a supply chain management specialist. He has extensive experience working and interacting with transnational companies (TNCs), international banks and financial organizations, as well as major EPC contractors.
Карьера
He began his career in 2000 in the financial sector.
Over the years, he worked in management positions in subsidiaries of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, oversaw the issues of attracting investments in the agro-industrial complex, export and import of agro-industrial products, international integration, regulation of agri-food markets, processing and production of agricultural products, and also headed the Board of Directors of Food Corporation JSC.
Since October 2023, he was elected a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director of the Board of Directors of QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center JSC.
From November 13, 2023, he was appointed General Director of QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center JSC.
