Myrzakhmetov Kairat was born in 1984 in Taldykorgan.

2005-2018 – service in the financial police and anti-corruption bodies.
2018 – 2020 – Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General in the Internal Inspection Group of the Department of Internal Investigations of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020 – Employee of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
2021 – Acting Deputy Director of the Appeal Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of an employment contract until the date of receipt of the results of a special audit.
2021-2022 – Deputy Director of the Appeal Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
27.08.2022 – appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On September 8, 2022, he was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the joint-stock company “Center for the Development of Trade Policy “QazTrade”.
