Consideration and analysis of notifications sent by EAEU member states on industrial subsidies provided and planned to be provided for compliance with the provisions of the EAEU Treaty.
Submission by Kazakhstan to the EEC of notifications of industrial subsidies granted and planned to be provided in accordance with the Treaty on the EAEU.
Analysis of the volume of imports of goods from EAEU member states and their impact on the national sector of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to determine the result of the provision of such specific subsidies that cause damage to the national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Identification of commodity items with a steady increase in exports from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and comparison with the provided industrial subsidies in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
One of the main activities of QazTrade in this direction is:
providing analytical, consulting, informational, technical support within the framework of the membership of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Eurasian Economic Union;
development of proposals and recommendations on creating a common trade regime within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union
Since the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU), QazTrade has done a lot of analytical work in developing and agreeing on the provisions of the EAEU Agreement, and today an analysis is being made of the implementation of state policy to form a unified industrial policy and a coordinated (coordinated) agro-industrial policy.
Based on QazTrade, a group of competent experts has been formed who continue to participate in the negotiation processes in the implementation of the main areas of industrial cooperation, as well as the implementation of agreements between Member States in the provision of state support for the development of the industrial sector and represent the interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the EAEU.
QazTrade also has specific knowledge and skills in the field of:
analysis and monitoring of the levels of government support for the industrial sector;
identification of prohibited government support measures applied by the EAEU member states and assistance in conducting an investigation on the compliance of subsidies with EAEU norms and rules;
the formation and sending of notifications of the granted and planned industrial subsidies to the Eurasian Economic Commission within the framework of the accepted obligations of Kazakhstan;
examination of draft normative legal acts for compliance with the norms and rules of the EAEU in the field of industrial and agro-industrial policy;
identification of barriers, limitations and obstacles in the EAEU member states;
analytical support during the negotiation processes of working groups.
In general, QazTrade contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for the export of Kazakhstani goods, the protection of the economic interests of Kazakhstani producers, the creation of favorable conditions for the influx of foreign direct investment, the provision of transparent and predictable conditions for trade, the fulfillment of obligations of Kazakhstan, as well as other EAEU member states under international agreements .
