Career
Began his career in 2009 as a senior expert at the Center for Economic Development Planning at the Economic Research Institute JSC under the Ministry of National Economy.
From 2010-2016, worked as a senior expert of the Investment Processes Analysis Department, Head of the Investment Processes Analysis Department, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development of the Economic Research Institute JSC under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 03 May 2016 was appointed Deputy General Director of the Joint Stock Company “Center for the Development of Trade Policy” QazTrade “under the Ministry of Trade and Integration.
Participated in the development of such documents as “Strategic Development Plan of Kazakhstan until 2025”, “Scheme for the rational allocation of production facilities”, the national report “Business Climate”.
Was the head of the project group for the implementation of the Country Cooperation Program between Kazakhstan and the OECD.
Member of the national team “Global Entrepreneurship Monitor” based at Nazarbayev University since 2015.
Supervised issues
Supervises issues of interaction with the WTO, EAEU and OECD.
Head of the project team for the implementation of the ITC project from an institutional partner.
