The International Trade Center has been implementing the #Ready4Trade – Central Asia (R4TCA) project since 2020. This is a 4-year project funded by the European Union to promote international trade in five Central Asian countries. The export management coaching initiative is implemented jointly by ITC with key partner in Kazakhstan – QazTrade – for small and medium-sized enterprises that export/are going to export abroad.
Such companies as ADILI TEXTIL LLP, QazCake LLP, ASIANA PRODUCTION LLP from Almaty and Nur-Sultan have already passed coaching. All sessions are held in person directly at the offices of the enterprises.
The coaching initiative will take place throughout 2021 as an active dialogue between coaches and businesses.
Trained qualified experts will visit enterprises-participants to deliver a 5-day coaching course. In the course of the carried work, the existing problems are identified and recommendations for their solution are offered.
The coaches have extensive hands-on experience in import / export, certification, freight forwarding and logistics. All specialists have been trained by ITC coaching methodology and are export management coaches.
During 2021 in total 40 domestic companies will undergo coaching within the project.
